Return Policy and Refunds
StarPro Greens has wonderful customer service but issues arise so we want to define problem resolution.
If you wish to return a product, please call 888-782-7776 to discuss your return.
The problem resolution for:
- Factory defect is free replacement or full refund including your return shipping cost.
- Shipping damage is full replacement.
- Loss by shipper is full replacement.
- Stolen from your designated drop site is negotiable (i.e. at the discretion of the shipper and seller).
- You may return a product you are dissatisfied with, within 30 days of purchase date, providing you return an unused item in new resalable condition. You will pay return shipping cost, and upon our inspection of your return, we may issue a refund for the purchase price including applicable sales tax. These special conditions apply:
- To return putting greens and qualify for full list price refund, you must ship product rolled with GREEN SIDE OUT. Putting greens returned rolled green side in, folded, covered with dirt, or crushed are subject to total loss.
- To return artificial grass turf or custom-made products you are dissatisfied with, after our inspection of your return, we may issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee. We provide free turf samples prior to purchase to prevent your dissatisfaction with your product choice.
- Refunds are not issued until the item arrives at our facility and is inspected. Refunds are applied relative to form of purchase.
