Our 4 x 12 foot pro green is often used indoors in a recreation room, or at work in an office, but it can also be used outdoors on a patio or poolside. And we offer a travel case so you can take it from home to work or on vacation.
Unlike cheaper brands of practice greens, StarPro Greens professional greens can be stored by rolling up (turf side out) without any problems. When you store and later unroll cheaper greens they can develop folds, curls, and bumps that make them unplayable. But a StarPro Green will always lay flat and play true thanks to our heavy rubber backing.

Indoor Installation Summary: Lay your green out with the backing side up. Our factory-cut greens have 5 holes partially pre-cut and held in with tabs. You can remove any or all with a razor knife with a new blade. Roll the green out and start putting! Please read our Indoor Installation Instructions for our pre-cut greens to see photo tips for how to tune your StarBall cups, how to create contours and breaks with sandbags or cardboard, how to roll up and store your green, and clean it.

12+ Stimp Putting Turf is cross over -stitched in ideal atmospheric conditions in Calhoun, GA.
The nylon's structure include amide groups and oxygen atoms which attract water molecules.
Nylon absorbs moisture from the air. This process is called hygroscopicity.
Moisture molecules diffuse through the nylon forcing polymer chains apart. This causes nylon to soften and swell.
"Mastering" the yarns during the tufting procedures requires experience and expertise.

The 3/16 gauge tufting machines have been engineered and constructed to produce a putting green with the same ball roll from any direction.
